Bodkin Wines is named after a type of arrowhead used with great success by peasant bowmen of England against the armored nobility of France during the Hundred Years’ War. The project comes from Chris Christensen – one of the most respected Black American.
Tastes of mature fruits, red currant and plums. In the mouth there is great complexity derived from its wood aging (Tawny=wood, Ruby=no wood). Can be served as an aperitif with dry fruits, smoked mountain ham or blue cheese!
