Born at the height of COVID, the Hopped Edition was created to save thousands of gallons of local craft beer from going down the drain as restaurants and bars shuttered. Daric and his posse at Van Brunt ran the river of beer through their stills to create this barrel-aged spirit distilled into an American-style hopped whiskey. The result is a love letter from whiskey makers to beer enthusiasts everywhere. It's enticingly aromatic, with delicate, floral and citrusy notes yet still packs the punch of a Red Hook whiskey. Makes a perfect highball but also meant to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
