Van Brunt Stillhouse Bourbon - Red Hook, Brooklyn (375ml)

This small, carefully crafted single batch bourbon is made of 65% organic N.Y. State corn and 35% local wheat. It is then aged for six months in small, new charred American oak casks. Bold and full bodied with pronounced woodsy aromas, rich caramel and hints of coconut, it is lovely for sipping on its own or with hot apple cider and a cinnamon stick on a cold winter’s night.
