This stellar orange wine from Chilean winemaker Roberto Henriquez is an iteration of his Notro Blanco wine, featuring a unique blend of Torrantel, Chasselas, and Semillón grapes. This wine sees an extended skin contact of 8 months, resulting in a slightly oxidative wine with dry, supple tannins. With perfumed aromatics and notes of mandarin zest and rose petal, this tangy orange wine is an excellent example of a low-intervention small production wine sure to wow. Pair with chancho en piedra (pork in spiced tomato sauce), sopaipillas, and fresh white cheese.
