Nocheluna Sotol is harvested from 100% wild Sotol in the desert of Chihuahua. It’s crafted by fourth-generation maestro vinatero Don Eduardo Arrieta, alongside Sotol expert Ricardo Pico and Master Distiller Ivan Saldana, with aid from Lenny Kravitz. This unique spirit is rich on the palate, with notes of dry earth minerality and a fresh, vegetal taste. Notes of dried citrus and cacao follow, finishing with a slight honey sweetness and wisps of mesquite smoke. Great neat, or an incredibly versatile addition to any of your favorite cocktails – like in a desert old fashioned with Alma de le Tierra’s Abasolo whiskey.
