Distilled primarily from corn rounded out with malted barley, it's produced using a Coffey still patented in Ireland by Aeneas Coffey in the 1930’s. Released without an age statement, it's a light straw-colored whisky reminiscent of bourbon, sweet, rich, balanced, toasty, with subtle vanilla and an herbaceous, spicy note that comes to the fore during a long, clean finish.
