The Spring Release of this exotic Nama (unpasteurized) Sake with a dedicated cult following exhibits exotic and tropical aromas and flavors as well as some pungent fermentation notes. Crafted with a 55% polish ratio of Hitogokochi and Miyamanishiki rice varieties, Arabashiri reflects the purity of the region’s mountain springwater but the fermentation process results in a funkier, more pungent Sake.
