Like their field-to-flask whiskies, this small batch gin from Koval is made from 100% locally sourced grains and botanicals around their home base in Chicago. Expect juniper and wildflowers on the nose, with dry yet vibrant flavors of citrus, lavender, and white peppercorns. The palate is smooth and crisp, enough to enjoy it on its own, however it would make a great component in an array of cocktails including G&T’s or aviations.
