Cherry Heering isn't your average fruit liqueur. This recipe calls for a unique small, dark cherry called the Steven's cherry. After the cherries are crushed, the juice is pumped into large oak vats and mixed with a distilled spirit. This brew then ages for 3-5 years before bottling. Wonderful in a myriad of cocktails for all you budding (and budded) mixologists.
