2022 Orgo Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane Dila-o - Kakheti, Georgia (750ml)
Dila-o is a project from Orgo, a small family winery by respected vigneron Gogi Dikishivili and his son, Temur, who source their grapes from 50+ year old vines, a rarity behind the former iron curtain. A 50/50 blend of sustainably grown Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane, that’s vinified with native yeast on its skins for about a month in’qvevri,’ Georgian amphora vessels that date back around 8000 years! A crisp, tangy orange wine that’s charmingly aromatic with a bouquet of jasmine, dried apricot, rose hip and orange peel. Light bodied with refreshing acidity, the palate combines stonefruit, mandarin and wild herbs with a drizzle of honeysuckle. Pair with caramelized chipotle-orange salmon or sticky ginger tempeh over fragrant coconut rice. 

2023 Furlani Altopiano Orange - Alto Adige, Italy (750ml)
Cantina Furlani is a project established by Matteo Furlani located in the alpine city of Trento. With a background in agronomy, Matteo prioritizes a biodynamic approach and works exclusively with grape varieties native to Trentino. This orange wine is 100% Muller-Thurgau that sees 25 days of skin maceration before aging on the lees in stainless steel. Delicately light-bodied with crushed white flowers and fine, fresh Alpine herbs on the nose. Enjoy with gnocchi alla cadorino (with smoked ricotta!) or grilled asparagus with miso butter.

2022 Kolfok Intra! The Wild Orange - Burgenland, Austria (750ml)
This blend of predominantly Grüner Veltliner with some Welschriesling and Chardonnay sees a full 9 weeks of skin contact prior to pressing so it’s a very slow, gentle maceration and fermentation after which the wine rests in 1200 liter used Stockinger barrels, then it’s bottled with no added sulfur. This process translates into a fresh, light and approachable orange wine with tangy mandarin and stone fruit flavors, white flowers, and a crisp, acid-driven backbone. This low-intervention, small-production orange wine with no added sulfur pairs well with miso glazed mahi-mahi or black bean and sweet corn quesadillas.
