2021 Julian Ostolaza Getariako Txakolina Gañeta Rose - Basque Country, Spain (750ml)

Family-run with three generations under its belt, Gañeta winery produces classic Getariako Txakolina within view of the Atlantic. Their rosé is made from native, 100% Hondarrabi Beltza from 50 year old vines. The grapes are destemmed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is filtered before bottling with a touch of sulfur. Its nose combines fresh cherry with the herbal spice of a serrano. With a slight spritz, the palate is fresh, crisp and dry with fruit-forward notes of watermelon, red raspberry, and limestone minerality. Its light body holds subtle acidity as well as seaspray salinity. Pair with pork Shumai or harissa sweet potato tacos with baba ganoush.

2019 Quinta de Santa Teresa Singular - Portugal (750ml)

Despite hailing from within the Vinho Verde appellation, this is a traditional white wine, not a Vinho Verde as we understand them. Made from a field blend of Avesso and other indigenous varietals of the Minho region, it’s medium-bodied and crisp with ripe stone fruit flavors that are balanced by herbaceous, green-pepper notes granitic minerality, and a dash of bitter lime zest. Farmed organically with no herbicides or pesticides, the grapes are harvested by hand, de-stemmed, gently pressed and macerated on the skins prior to spontaneous fermentation, 90% in stainless steel and 10% in neutral oak. Aged for an additional 12 months under temperature control with 9 months of fine lees contact and no malo, this is a complex, ageworthy white at an incredible price. Pairs wonderfully with Bacalhau à Minhota - salted cod with potatoes, onions and bell peppers or any salty, semi-hard cheese.

2022 Ciro Picariello Fiano Irpinia - Campania, Italy (750ml)

This family-run estate, dedicated primarily to the native Fiano grape, is organically stewarded by Ciro, his wife Rita, and his children Emma and Bruno. The grapes are hand picked from Ciro’s ‘backyard vineyard’ along the slopes of Summonte in Campania. A long, slow, spontaneous fermentation occurs over a period of sixty days prior to resting for five months in stainless steel then bottled with no fining or filtration. The nose fuses notes of stone fruit, fresh lemon, dried herbs, and a hint of sea salt. The palate is vivacious and chiseled, showcasing pronounced minerality and notes of grapefruit, underripe pear, and brine along with a subtle nuttiness. Pair with a blood orange burrata salad with crushed pistachios or a fresh lobster roll.

2022 Domaine A. Pegaz Beaujolais-Villages - Beaujolais, France (750ml)

Domaine Pegaz Beaujolais-Villages harvests their grapes from a small plot of 30+ year old vines. They are hand-harvested, wild-yeast fermented, and semi-carbonically macerated for seven days in concrete – resulting in a fresh, fruit-forward wine with low tannins. Light-bodied and teeming with bright red cherries, crushed flowers, and a streak of juicy acidity, this wine would make a great accompaniment to grilled sausage & peppers or Korean BBQ.
2022 Clos Culombu Rouge - Corsica, France (750ml)

2023 Roberto Henriquez Pais Verde - Bío-Bío Valley, Chile (750ml)

2021 Magoutes Vineyard Moschomavro - Siatista, Macedonia, Greece (750ml)
