2023 Domaine des Tourelles Blanc - Bekaa Valley, Lebanon (750ml) - $18
Founded by French expat, François-Eugène Brun in 1868, Domaine des Tourelles is the oldest winery in Lebanon. Today, Brun’s adventurous spirit lives on in the estate’s chief vigneron, Faouzi Issa. This aromatic white blend of 65% Viognier, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Obeidi, and 5% Muscat d’Alexandrie is grown in the ideal conditions of the Bekaa Valley. It’s harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel for ten days with a gentle fining before bottling. Crisp and clean with aromas of succulent peach and apricot with white pepper, jasmine, and orange blossom that emerge on the nose followed by a silky, slightly viscous mouthfeel with pomelo, pineapple and a hint of almond bitters on the finish. Pair with sautéed shishitos or sea bass and broccoli on saffron rice.

2021 Sequerciani Libello - Tuscany, Italy (750ml) - $29
This complex and compelling 50/50 blend of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo comes from the Demeter certified biodynamic farm of Sequerciani in the gentle, panoramic hills of Maremma, 200m above, and less than 10km from the sea. These native grapes are treated in the truest form of natural wine - indigenous yeast, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, additives, or added sulfites. Aged in clay amphora, Libello exhibits notes of leather, tobacco, ripe red fruit and cassis, with a silky but firm tannin structure, flinty minerality and lively acidity. Pair this beautifully balanced red with a Tuscan Antipasta or Pasta alla Pomarola with basil.

2023 Il Folicello Limited Edition Bianco Pet Nat - Emilia-Romagna, Italy (750ml) - $24
Antonella and Marco founded Folicello winery in 1980 with hopes of making a ‘wholesome glass of wine’ to share with their friends and family. Nearly 50 years later, they continue to produce wines (and jams from excess grapes!) on a small estate in the heart of Emilia Romagna, Italy. Certified organic, the grower-producer pair has a low-intervention approach in both the vineyard and cellar, using indigenous yeasts with no added sulfites. The limited edition Bianco Pet Nat is a blend of 90% Pignoletto and 10% Moscato which receives a short maceration of two days, resulting in a slight haziness and a medium light body. An aromatic nose of orchard fruit is met by a palate bursting with fresh ripe peach and baking spice. Try pairing alongside a chicken tagine with almonds and apricots or a sumac whole roasted cauliflower and couscous.

2024 Pielihueso Naranjo Los Chacyes - Mendoza, Argentina (750ml) - $28
Pielihueso, meaning ‘skin and bones’ is the project of father-daughter duo Alejandro and Celia Bartolomé, that’s dedicated to natural winemaking with a particular emphasis on skin contact wines in the Uco Valley. Their orange wine is a blend of Torrontés, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, sourced from vineyards nestled around 3,000 feet above sea level, framed by the snowcapped Andes. The wine is fermented naturally with native yeast and sees three months on the skins in stainless steel tank, resulting in a beautifully textured yet clean profile. On the nose, it offers fragrant notes of lilac and mandarin, leading to a palate of hydrangea, preserved kumquat, light tannins, and a crisp, acidic finish. Pair it like a true Mendocino with Provoleta (grilled, melted provolone cheese) or a chicken Milanesa, Argentina’s take on schnitzel.
