Made from hammer-millled grain - corn from Kentucky and Indiana with rye and malted barley from the Dakotas and Minnesota. The mash is naturally fermented in twelve 90,000 gallon fermenters - the largest in the industry! Distilled to 125 proof, aged in virgin white oak barrels. Chill-filtered and reduced to 90 proof before bottling.
