CloseThe Ippolito family has been farming and growing grapes on the land surrounding their coastal country house in Cirò, on the Ionian Sea, since 1845. This long history of viticulture in the family informs their commitment to the future of Calabrian winemaking. They use all sustainable farming practices and are dedicated to indigenous Southern Italian grape varietals, such as Gaglioppo which is used to make this rosato. Salmon in color, the Mabilia is fresh and delicate, with crisp acidity, aromas of violet and strawberry with flavors of melon and berry some nice granite minerality on the clean finish. This light-bodied, easy drinking rosé goes down great on its own but also pairs well with Calabrian style Pasta e Alici (anchovies), or fresh veggies and hummus.
