CloseWinemaker Olivier Deforges brings deep experience and respect for tradition to Tentations, a wine that captures the essence of Provençal rosé. The fruit is sourced from schist soil vineyards in La Crau and Carqueiranne, including young Tibouren vines at Clos Cibonne and carefully selected Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah from longtime grower partners in the region. The wine is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel and aged on the lees for two months before bottling. The result is a rosé with aromas of tropical fruit, hints of spice, and delicate red berries with bright flavors of fresh strawberry, grapefruit, and peach with a subtle herbaceousness and a streak of Mediterranean salinity and minerality that carries into a pleasantly clean finish. Pairs well with Moroccan Cous Cous, Ratatouille, or a seasonal fruit salad with feta.
