A fresh, clean, straightforward Pinot, L’Umami is sustainably grown and vinified at the Northwest Wine Co, a cellar project of Bordeaux-born winemaker Laurent Montalieu, in the Willamette Valley in Western Oregon. Medium bodied with crisp acidity, aromas of black cherries and subtle lavender. A versatile accompaniment to food, try it with chicken bao buns or a mushroom and leek galette.
