CloseThis atypical rosé made with certified organic, indigenous varietals will transport you to Lemnos in the Greek Isles. It’s comprised of 85% white Muscat of Alexandria, a super-aromatic varietal, with 15% Limnio, a pale, red grape that spends a day on it’s skins to extract a little color and a touch of tannin. Juicy and medium-bodied with fairly pronounced aromatics of fresh berries and ambrosia (nectar of the Gods after all), it also exhibits some mineral and saline notes given the influence of volcanic soils and the Aegean sea. Vinified and aged in stainless with no malo, Roseus pairs well with grilled summer veggies slathered in olive oil with a pinch of salt and feta or grilled octopus and calamari.
