No Es Pituko is a project of the Echeverría family, who began growing grapes and other crops in Chile in the 1740s, and transitioned back into sustainable and natural winemaking in the 90’s. Colloquially translated as “it ain’t fancy,” No Es Pituko wines are made simply, with minimal intervention, which allows their wines to reflect the character of the grapes. Their orange is made from 100% Sauvignon blanc that sees 60 days of skin contact and fermented in stainless steel. The wine is light and fresh, with balanced acidity and notes of tangerine and a dry finish. Perfect for any occasion, try it with a falafel sandwich or empanadas de carne.
