CloseJean-Baptiste Duperray joined his father on their family estate in southern Beaujolais in 2013 bringing a fresh perspective to his family’s philosophy rooted in sustainability. The estate is HVE certified and their approach in both vineyard and cellar focuses on producing balanced, expressive wines true to the style of Beaujolais. Glou Glou is made from 100% whole cluster Gamay grown on granite rich slopes and fermented in concrete tanks for 5 months with no additives. This juicy, chillable red is bursting with notes of ripe cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and tomato with mouth watering acidity and a slight saline minerality. Pair this lively, fruity red with duck with a plum sauce, lamb Kofta, or aged Gruyère.
