This rosé is a blend of 90% Grenache, some of which comes from the Estate’s flagship/crown jewel, 90 year old vineyards, with about 10% Mourvèdre, from younger vines planted on gravelly clay-limestone soil. It is hand-harvested, followed by an indigenous fermentation in concrete, then aged for up to six months, also in concrete containers. A versatile wine that pairs perfectly with grilled sardines or falafel.
