A fun and zippy rosé from producer Claus Preisinger who grows Austrian grapes biodynamically on the north shore of lake Neusiedl. Rózsa Libre is 80% Rotburger and 20% Saint Laurent that ferments spontaneously in stainless steel before aging for 5 months, also in stainless. It's medium bodied with bright acidity and crunchy fresh red berry and cherry flavors. Perfect for Kielbasa and veggies off the grill.
