This crisp white from central Spain is an easy sipping, refreshing blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Verdejo, from vineyards at the base of the Alamansa mountains. The Verdejo adds aromatic intensity while the Sauvignon Blanc adds some higher acidity, grapefruit flavors and a little grassiness.
