Grown organically by the Bodegas Pinoso winemaker collective in Coastal Western Spain, the Zillamina Red is an amazing wine for its price. Made from organically grown Monastrell, the grapes are manually harvested and destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel for 2-3 weeks. The wine is bright and brilliant, with aromas of plums and a hint of spice, and a structured palate with flavors of black cherry and blackberry. A versatile food accompaniment, try it with roasted chicken and couscous, or even a cheeseburger.
