Vin des Potes is a project by two French somms who work with vignerons located in different countries to release a cuvée with a specific profile, terroir and story. Over the years they have collaborated with 13 vignerons who share the same philosophy - organic or biodynamic vineyards and natural vinification. Fatal(e) is a killer blend of 90% Carignan and 10% Grenache from the village of Restinclières in the Languedoc. It’s got gorgeous intensity of pure, ripe red berries yet is deceptively light, fresh and low in tannin. Totally killer with a slight chill alongside a quinoa salad or veggie chili.
