The Tessari family has been growing grapes in the Veneto region since the 1800’s, but only began winemaking in the 1980’s. Organic from the start, they are committed to only using the two varietals native to the Soave region. This white is made from 100% Garganega grapes that are fermented in stainless steel for two weeks and aged for five months on the lees. Bright and Medium bodied, the wine has aromas of white blossom and pear with notes of apple, almond, and a hint of fresh herb with a lingering mineral finish. Great in the evening as an aperitif or alongside pan seared cod with fresh lemon sauce.
