Regis and Sylvain are cousins from Marseille who said bon voyage to their finance careers to begin making wine out of the Loire Valley. Grapes are hand harvested from practicing-biodynamic vineyards and fermented with wild yeast. The result is rich and complex, but with balanced acidity and freshness. Expect grassy, melon, and citrus flavors accompanied by staunch salinity and minerality. Pair with roasted artichoke salad dressed with lemon and mint.
