After a soft, gentle pressing, the must is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank. This 100% Vermentino, which has become synonymous with Sardinia, has a delicious mix of richness and refreshing acidity - a hallmark characteristic of this grape. Floral aromas, fresh honeydew melon, and herbal notes that hint at grass and thyme add complexity, as does a classic streak of minerality.
