Gassac is a classic Provencal-style blend of blend Grenache, Carignan, Syrah from Pays de l’Herault in the Languedoc. Pale salmon color with subtle floral, citrus and berry notes, it’s light-bodied, crisp, and refreshing. The land here was manually farmed for hundreds of years before the family settled in the valley, and the soil has never suffered from the destructive use of chemical fertilizers. Farmed organically and harvested by hand, this great value, easy sipping rosé pairs perfectly with summer salads and appetizers.
