Made from 80% Mencía, 10% Palomino, and 10% Doña Blanca, sourced from old, organically farmed vines, this fresh and lively red is clean and easy, dominated by notes of bright red fruits and spices. The grapes are co-fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete tanks, pressed, and bottled without fining or filtration and little to no sulfur added. With a light body and low tannin, this wine serves well with a modest chill as an aperitif, or alongside a mixed grill of shish kabobs, onions and colored peppers.
