Medium bodied, with moderate acidity followed by a mouthwatering finish with discernibly dry tannins, winsome Winifred transcends the category of rosé and enters the pantheon of great, world-class wines. Pair with something unique and intense like Shime Saba (cured Mackerel sushi) or Unagi-don.
