This Napa Chardonnay is made with grapes selected from sustainable small production vineyards that are pressed and aged in a mixture of french and american oak. An initial wave of creamy vanilla and a hint of clove from the oak are met by bright citrus and tropical flavors and a resounding mineral finish. Great alongside Seared trout with garlic lemon sauce.
