Since their founding in 2015, Camille and Mikael Hyvert have been making natural wines with Gamay d’Auvergne, pinot noir, and chardonnay from vines situated in Les Martres-de-Veyre, Auvergne. This rosé is made with 100% pinot noir grown and harvested using biodynamic farming practices on volcanic soil. Made with very minimal skin contact, it has notes of fresh bright red fruit, rose petal, and silky, refreshing acidity. Pairs perfectly with chicken or niçoise salad.
