Deep Blue is the perfect name for this profound 100% Willamette Pinot that’s sourced from seven local biodynamically or organically farmed vineyards that tend to produce wines with deeper blue and black fruit attributes. 30% of the grapes are whole cluster fermented to draw out tannins, while the rest are destemmed to maximize freshness and purity. Aging takes place in neutral oak barrels.
