2022 Craggy Range Te Muna Sauvignon Blanc - Martinborough, New Zealand (750ml)

This racy Sauvignon Blanc gets its crisp minerality and tropical fruit notes in part from the stony soils interleaved with limestone upon which the vines are planted. It has vibrant flavors of passionfruit and green apple with floral aromas of honeysuckle and lemongrass. This would pair wonderfully with seafood dishes like grilled salmon or tuna tartare with avocado and radish.
