Rózsa Libre is 80% Rotburger and 20% Saint Laurent that ferments spontaneously in stainless steel before aging for 5 months, also in Stainless. Expect crunchy fresh red berries and cherries, a medium body, and bright acidity. Perfect for Kielbasa and veggies off the grill.
