Flavia Rallo is a fourth-generation winemaker at the helm of her family’s estate, who have been tending to vines in Sicily since 1860. She employs organic and biodynamic agricultural practices and a hands-off approach in the cellar, fermenting wines with native yeast and low amounts of sulfur. The Alfará is made from 100% Catarratto that sees seven days on the skins. Its medium bodied with orange blossom and oolong tea aromas followed by notes of grapefruit pith and ripe stone fruit. Perfect alongside thai basil tofu over rice or chicken kebabs fresh off the grill.
