Arcese is a field blend of two classic Piedmontese varietals, Arneis and Cortese–hence the playful mashup in the name– with additional Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc added in smaller amounts. The fermentation is spontaneous with indeginous yeasts, and is finished in the bottle, giving this wine delicate, yet lively bubbles. Bright notes of apricots and white peaches play with a citrusy tang and a nutty finish. Easily gulpable, and a great pairing for any picnic or boozy brunch
