Tutti Frutti is a full bodied, aromatic, and fruit forward blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Gewurztraminer. It’s made by Stephane, a member of Les Vins Pirouettes, a collaborative project by winemaker Christian Binner, who has been making zero-zero wines in Alsace for over two decades with a handful of local winemakers and farmers producing soulful and highly-drinkable biodynamic wines. The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks before aging on the lees for 9 months. Expect notes of ripe orchard fruit, poached pear, lychee and pink citrus, with moderate acid and salinity on the finish. Drink alongside mussels in Lemongrass Coconut broth.
