Winemaker Etienne Becheras tends to his vineyards with organic practices, with vines growing alongside cherry and apricot trees on the Northern bank of the Rhone river. His 100% Syrah is harvested by hand and ages for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels, resulting in a structured, medium-bodied wine that is teeming with ripe blackberries and cracked pepper.
