Hailing from certified organic vineyards in western Hungary, this unfiltered, unfined, and undisgorged pét-nat undergoes spontaneous fermentation in 225L French oak barrels, where it rests briefly to develop subtle on the palate, the wine is medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and flavors of ripe strawberry, cherry, red currant, and rose with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and holiday spice all supported by a bright fizz and light tannins.
