Champagne Pertois-Moriset is an independent, family owned and operated grower-producer, situated in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Their brut 'Rose-Blanc' is actually 92% Chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs and 8% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, all from Grand Cru vineyards
Tastes of mature fruits, red currant and plums. In the mouth there is great complexity derived from its wood aging (Tawny=wood, Ruby=no wood). Can be served as an aperitif with dry fruits, smoked mountain ham or blue cheese!
