Where's Linus Orange is a 100% skin contact Sauvignon Blanc from the Haiku Vineyard, located along the east side of the Russian River and west of the Mayacamas Mountains. All farming is sustainable, integrative and regenerative with abundant wildlife in the pastoral vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested, de-stemmed and cold soaked for three days prior to spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. It is then pressed from the skins and undergoes malolactic conversion and rests on its pressing lees for another four months before bottling with minimal SO2 and nothing else. This produces a crisp, light and floral skin contact wine that also has tropical and citrus notes. Pair with fish curries, Vietnamese spring rolls, Baba Ganoush, or Manchego, Arugula and Fig Jam on a baguette.
