Third generation Tequilero Carlos Camarena uses all estate grown Agave to create a true expression of the land it’s grown on. The Agave is harvested once over-ripe for a higher concentration of flavor after about 7-10 years of growth, and is cooked in traditional brick ovens. The result is an intense, lively Plata with clean notes of citrus and a hint of sweetness. Try sipping this one, or make a tequila paloma with fresh grapefruit.
