Founded by native West Indian, Marc Farrell, and inspired by a rallying cry for Caribbean unity, Ten to One also refers to the beauty of blending rum. This dark rum is a blend of 8-year-old Barbados, Dominican and Trinidadian column still rums individually aged in ex-Bourbon American oak casks, and combined with un-aged Jamaican pot still rum and contains no added sugars, coloring, or flavoring. The esters of this pure cane spirit reveal a complex nose packed with baking spices, banana bread, orchard fruit, and toffee. On the palate, it’s medium bodied, with notes of yellow apple, tobacco, nuts, and leather winding down in a clean, dry finish. Enjoy on the rocks or in place of bourbon in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
