Natterjack is a unique blend of traditional Irish Whiskey with aging techniques derived from American Bourbon making. The mash bill is 80% corn and 20% malted barley. After a triple distillation, the spirit first ages in ex-bourbon barrels (traditional Irish technique) before being finished in virgin American Oak (traditional American technique) and bottled at 40% abv. Upfront aromas of vanilla, apple, and cinnamon are followed by a smooth palate of orange zest, spice and cedar with light notes of tobacco. The finish is delicate and clean.
