A collaboration between Forthave Spirits and Barbichette winery, Yellow is a fortified and aromatized wine made from the rare and notoriously difficult-to-cultivate, Génépi flowers. Native to the Alps, the flowers are known for their medicinal properties and ability to treat fatigue and infections of the lungs and throat. 

This Brooklyn take on the classic Genepy de Alpes liqueur is floral and herbaceous and has a subtlety that supersedes that of its traditional counterpart. It’s best served over ice or as a unique component in a classic cocktail such as a Last Word.
