A Midwesterner night's dream, this beauty of a bourbon is made from hammer-millled corn from Kentucky and Indiana, and rye and malted barley from the Dakotas and Minnesota. The mash is naturally fermented in 12 90,000-gallon fermenters - the largest in the industry (that's a whole lotta bourbon!). Distilled to 125 proof, aged in virgin white oak barrels, this big boy is chill-filtered and reduced to 90 proof before bottling. Makes for an oh-so nice Old Fashioned.
