Attention Chenin Mechant is a naturally produced Chenin Blanc from a vineyard that’s practicing organic. The name is a play on the French 'Beware of Dog' sign, but fear not, this wine is as approachable as it is compelling. Floral aromas lead to flavors of fresh honeydew and ripe stone fruits with crisp acidity and a mineral, slightly saline note. Fermentation begins in tank with indigenous yeast then finishes in neutral oak on its lees where it is left for an additional six months.
