CloseSituated in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine Génot-Boulanger crafts organic and biodynamic wines that showcase authentic terroir. This specific bottling is sourced from Les Saumonts, a steeply sloped premier cru site characterized by white marl topsoil. Its bowl-like topography allows for ideal ripening, yielding deeply structured profile. Named for the winemakers' personal fondness for Brooklyn, this 100% Pinot Noir undergoes barrel fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by 12 months in oak and six in tank. The resulting wine is delicate and vibrant, with an expressive core of wild red cherry and red currant, lifted by balanced acidity and fine tannins. Pair with duck à l'orange or a savory mushroom tart.
