Roberto Henriquez has been cultivating minimal intervention, natural wine for over a decade while preserving traditional Pipeño methods by using native yeasts and aging primarily in Raulì wood barrels. This 100% Cinsault is grown in the Coelemu zone of Chile's BioBio Valley, only eight kilometers from the Pacific. The combination of granitic soils with the cooling influence of the Pacific creates a pure and precise red that's both delicate and tense. Juicy cherry and leathery aromas give way to a gorgeous wild berry flavors on the medium-bodied palate with crisp acidity and firm, dry tannins, well-integrated tannins.
